Join us as soon as possible at our headquarters in Idstein as a DTC Revenue Planning Manager (m/f/x).
The story begins
  • Generate seasonal forecasts using historical data, trend inputs, account plans, and product life cycles
  • Partner with sales, operations, and finance teams to align reporting and forecasts with company initiatives and financial goals
  • Provide daily support to sales channel leaders with analytical reports and tools
  • Develop sales reporting tools and dashboards for trend analysis and decision-making support
  • Collaborate with managers to create seasonal forecasting calendars and reporting tools
  • Analyze performance of sales programs and initiatives in partnership with Sales Program Manager
  • Manage large datasets to produce efficient Power BI/SAP content
  • Monitor and audit sales data for accuracy
  • Communicate key findings and insights across analytics projects
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for data-driven solutions and generate ad-hoc sales reports as needed

Your proven path
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical or quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics)
  • Minimum 5 years of analytical experience, with 2 years specifically in apparel
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, power query, macros, sorts, and filters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SAP Business Objects
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems and applications is beneficial
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment and establish effective cross-functional relationships
