We are looking for you to join our team in the Finance Department at our headquarters in Gdynia as a Accounts Payable Accountant (f/m/d) as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and posting
- Perform three-way matching between invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Manage vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and execute payment runs
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records
- Support month-end closing activities related to AP
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong relationships
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance
- Experience in international or shared services environments preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent English (German and additional European languages are a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
